This was Almine’s response to a letter of gratitude for her supporting us in these difficult times with a continuous stream of insights that help us to make sense out of our overwhelming challenges.

This Musical Power Sigil is the Alchemical frequency tool we can use as our vehicle to take us to the higher reality we are meant to enter now, where we will find a haven of peace and rest that will energize us with much more power than we have ever experienced.

It is important for us to understand that “peace” and “rest” does not mean inactivity. In actuality, this is a state of exceptionally high motivation, high inspiration and high energy, where we are a truly unstoppable force. It is experientially known that we are much more effective in states of peace, rest and relaxation, than in states of stress and anxiety. It is easy to experience panic and stress when we feel overwhelmed by our workload, excessive information, difficult relationships, financial pressure and the many other challenges that we experience in our daily life.

It is here the miracle happens. It seems like nothing substantially changes in our daily life – our workload and all our challenges and responsibilities remain the same. But now, we no longer feel stressed and overwhelmed. It is as if our world has changed – although nothing changed on the outside. We just perceive it totally differently. If the same people and things caused us a great deal of stress before, now we enjoy their presence and even feel inspired by them. If our workload seemed extremely overwhelming and caused us to panic, now we perceive it as an adventurous opportunity to reach new levels of self-expression and realization of our new potentials.

Nothing has changed and everything has changed. How can this be possible?

Transcending into the higher realms does not mean leaving the Earth. It is relocating into a different Realm of Consciousness which really can resemble physical relocation. It feels like moving from hell into Heaven, but physically we stay where we are. There is a wise saying: “By the power of our mind we can turn hell into heaven and heaven into hell.” Some people think that changing their physical location or moving to a different country will guarantee them a better life and solutions to all their problems. But, to their disappointment, they experience exactly the same problems, even though the people and locations are different. The truth is that we can never escape ourselves, our current state of consciousness. But if our consciousness has reached higher and more refined realms, then we experience that wherever we are physically.

What can we expect from our work with Entering the Higher Realms Sigil?

Almine said that now we can be open to receiving new insights that change our perception and enrich us with new perspectives.

Now we are able to see that there is no reason for us to be afraid and to worry about more effective ways of self-protection, because we understand that we can have only what we consciously create. We can stop creating “monsters” and think about only the most beautiful and lofty things that we want to fill our lives with. As we understand that, we eliminate the need to fear.

We experience and express all kinds of strong emotions: Sometimes we raise our voice, we laugh, and we cry. These are beautiful expressions of our inner glory and strength in action. This is what Almine often refers to as the stagnation breaking. To be holy is not necessarily the same as always being quiet and monotonous. Sometimes we refer to our strongest emotional expressions as “anger,” although they maybe a whole range of emotions, and not necessarily destructive anger. Our voices are rich with all kinds of different tones and frequencies, from the sharpest and loudest, to the softest and gentlest. Our voices express the rich diversity of our inner space. We do not suppress our self-expression. Laughing is not better than crying. We do not try to laugh if we feel like crying. We flow with our feelings. Anger is something different. Anger is the way we express our feeling of victimhood. For example, we may feel trapped by people and circumstances. We know by experience that the more we express our resentment, the more miserable and helpless we feel.

What really helps is replacing anger with constructive action. If we happen to be displeased with something, we change it – we immediately get busy doing something that make our hearts sing instead of dedicating our time and energy to things that irritate us or make us feel miserable. We have the power to change our lives in a nano-second. If we find ourselves in an unacceptable situation, we can change it immediately by decisive constructive action. This is how we operate in our new Higher Realms.
