Regret is painful inner suffering caused by self-disappointment. It is one of the main reasons people feel they do not have the abilities and resources to achieve their goals and create their lives the way they want.

The truth is that there is no such thing in our nature as lack. There can be no lack of anything – of energy, life force, resources, abilities, etc. There is only abundance of everything. And the wonderful thing is, that can never change. However, many of us still struggle with feeling unable to heal ourselves, to live in abundance, or to experience happiness in relationships. This was the topic of a recent phone conversation with one of our Russian Lightfamily members – an exceptionally resourceful individual with a superabundance of gifts and talents, feeling stuck in life and not able to move forward. After a few days of deep self-examination, he realized that the stuckness was based in feelings of inadequacy and disappointment in himself – thinking he made a lot of mistakes and wrong choices in the past, and therefore cannot hope to make significant progress, or, at the very least, needs to go through a long rehabilitation process or testing period to even hope to be restored in his ability to claim a tiny shred of self-mastery.

We explained that there is no such thing as a “mistake” or a “wrong choice.” The misunderstanding in this area is caused by an attempt to apply our current state of self-awareness to our past. It is natural that, when we evolve, we look at our past and see that, if we found ourselves in the same circumstances today, we would make different choices – because we are different now than in the past. However, no one feels remorse about wearing a smaller size of clothes or shoes 20-25 years ago. That was our size 20-25 years ago. Now we are different, and we wear different clothes – and we make different choices and decisions than we did then. There should be absolutely no connection between our past and any possible regrets. A different shoe size 25 years ago was not a “mistake.” It was our size then. A different way of interacting with the world was also not a “mistake.” It was our Consciousness then. If we understand that, we no longer see any reason for regret or self-disappointment.

The Musical Power Sigil No More Regret is designed to dissolve all our regrets and self-disappointment from our conscious and subconscious minds, from our heart, from our cells, from our systems, and from all our bodies – the physical and all the etheric ones. Regardless of the origin of regret and disappointment in our life, we trust the Sound Alchemy to do its work, and we allow ourselves to see that there can be no limitations to what we can do. When we cease to feel guilt, remorse, regret and self-disappointment, we may also begin to feel tangible signs of physical healing, as these things also cause sickness and disease. Some people find themselves in a vicious cycle of feeling guilt and remorse, then trying to “forgive themselves,” then feeling more regret and remorse because they feel they cannot forgive themselves “enough.”

The concept of self-forgiveness becomes nonsense when we realize there is no reason for regret. If there is no guilt, there is no forgiveness. We do not need to “forgive” ourselves. We just need to realize that we are not guilty.

Practical recommendations

Before listening:

Contemplate the areas where you feel you are “not enough.” Inadequacy, guilt and unworthiness are the primary reasons that, even as Masters and Original Ones, some of us feel we are struggling in different areas of life, helpless to change our lives for the better, unable to fully enjoy a life of wholesomeness and abundance. Some of us feel unworthy because we think we have made “mistakes.” Some of us think we still make mistakes, which means we have a problem with self-acceptance. Most of the time, this comes from comparing ourselves to other people’s ideas about how a master is “supposed” to live. The truth is that every master is different and has a different expression of mastery. What is masterful for one person is not necessarily masterful for someone else, and vice versa. We need to understand that comparing ourselves with others does not make sense – only you can know what works for you, through your inner knowing and your experience. We experiment with different options and find what works best. The concept of making a “mistake” implies comparison with external truths and standards which are different from our current experience. According to Almine, we create our own truth instead of seeking it from external sources. You live the way you live now – it is your current truth of this moment, and you will create new truth for the next moment. You are Master Creator of your life.

What does it mean, if we are no longer satisfied with our current life? It just means we are growing out of the size that we are currently “wearing.” This is a natural discomfort. We eventually change the “size” of our lifestyle in accordance with the new “size” of our new Consciousness level. The rule is, if you do not like something, change it. You are Creator. Create something new, something you like. Now you are setting yourself free from a belief system that suppressed your power – a belief that you are inept and inadequate because of your past or anything else. There is no such thing in nature as “inept and inadequate.” There is only perfection and abundance. And this is why you can expect, right here and right now, a life which is perfect for you. Allow yourself to contemplate that before listening to the Power Sigil.
