The second crucially important aspect of our Great Self-Work is becoming totally self-reliant and self-guided.

In 2019, we received the message from our Beloved Seer Almine that she would no longer facilitate Seminars and Private Retreats with her personal participation, and that she would not provide for us any personal prophecies and personal guidance. She told us that now it is time for us to learn how to stand on our own two feet and to trust ourselves completely in all our decision-making. That is easy to do, if we absolutely know that we are not naturally inclined to make wrong decisions, and that our body always knows our truth. Almine calls it “Whole-Body Knowing.”

Our bodies always tell us the truth. Almine once shared with us one of the greatest secrets and, we have to admit, it still remains hidden from most people, including even the sincerest truth-seekers. The truth is that our bodies are not separate from our Infinite Selves, which are at-one with The Infinite. It literally means that our physical bodies are at-one with The Infinite. They are physical Self-Expressions of The Infinite. It means that our bodies feel what The Infinite feels. The Infinite is also known as The Truth – our true, natural self-expression. Manifesting The Infinite is being who we truly are, and we can know this – we know by feelings. Feelings are felt in the physical – in our physical bodies. This is why we can totally rely on our bodies – they always tell us the truth.

If we are about to make an important decision, or, if we are providing healing and spiritual guidance to others, we will always know how to heal them and what to answer if they ask questions. How can we know that? The knowledge manifests as a bodily feeling. Then we express the feeling in thoughts and words. If we always speak what we feel, our words are imbued with healing and life-transforming power that fills us first, and then, through us, it fills others in our life – out of our overflow. The Power of our heartfelt words always fills us to overflowing. This is how others can benefit from it – they receive from our overflow. Whenever we heal someone else, we always benefit from it, because the power fills us first, when we express the truth of our bodily feelings, when we speak only what we feel. Our speech is naturally intense when our feelings are intense. Our speech is naturally cold, flat and monotonous, when our feelings are cold. If, hypothetically, we try to speak intensely when our feelings are low and cold, just because our employers or relatives expect us to always be smiling and “full of positive energy” – then it is an expression of fake feelings, which are useless and powerless, and neither we nor others can benefit from it.

This is why we are always true to ourselves in our self-expression. We would rather get fired from our job than express fake emotions. If we do not feel like smiling, we do not smile, and vice versa. Our personal health and well-being are more important than living according to the expectations of others.

Practical recommendations

Before listening:

Contemplate Whole-Body Truth – your physical body as your most reliable self-guidance system. Your body is fully merged with your Infinite Self, and your Infinite Self is fully merged with The Infinite Source of All Life. This is why your body always knows what decisions we should make in every particular situation. In fact, it always makes decisions, and – unless we suppress and second-guess this function due to information from the Internet, books, charismatic leaders, life coaches, psychologists, doctors, family and friends, etc. – then we always make whole-body-feelings-based decisions, and live our lives to the fullest. No wonder we enjoy great health and well-being – it is because we live our own lives! The natural side effects of that are general well-being in all areas of our lives. We never ask how to get finances and other resources, because we always naturally have them, because we are them and we are in perfect touch with ourselves – our whole-body truth – and consequently, we enjoy fulfilled, happy and abundant lives. Our bodies always guide us to “green pastures.” But if we try to follow someone else’s guidance, we will never go anywhere. This is why some people say that they feel “stuck.” If we want others to guide us, we cannot go anywhere or achieve anything, because it is naturally impossible. If we want to live to our fullest, then our only option is to be self-guided. This Musical Power Sigil is alchemically designed to teach us self-guidance.

During listening:

While listening to the Self-Guidance Musical Power Sigil, be aware of your body during the entire time of listening. Feel it. Identify what you feel. Any feeling expresses what The Infinite feels through you. There are no “good” and “bad” feelings. They are just feelings. Almine calls it “knowing with our cellular mind” which she also calls “God Mind.” What we truly know, we know with our body and with our cells. What do you feel in your body? Stay in communication with your body during the entire time of listening.

Almine said that this is our second aspect of The May 2023 Great Self-Work which we do to prevent global natural disasters and catastrophes, wars, political unrest, and economic collapse.

It is important for us to always say and do only what we feel with our bodies – that way, we live as our own personal prophets and spirit guides. Then we will naturally be inclined not to seek spiritual guidance from psychics and fortune-tellers, because we always know what we are supposed to do, just by listening to our own bodily feelings.

While you listen to the Self-Guidance Musical Sigil, allow its alchemy to bring you into full attunement to your body, to cancel all illusions of dependence on external guidance, and live only according to your bodily feelings. Only your body can give you all vitally important hints and lifehacks that will serve you, and, through you, will naturally serve others around you, with no effort on your part. Now you are a natural alchemist, healer and mystic, a source of self-guidance for yourself, and for those who still need external guidance from another mystic.

If you live according to the truth of your body, you are capable of providing others with true spiritual guidance, because you will guide them the same way as you guide yourself. You will just be interpreting what you are feeling about them.

While listening, number one: stay aware of the feelings of your body. Number two: interpret your feelings into thoughts and words, as much as you can. Perhaps you will need more time for that. You may choose to play The Sigil on repeat.

So, number one: be aware of your feelings. Number two: start interpreting your feelings, as much as you can. Perhaps it is only 2-3 words of interpretation, but this is an excellent start. Keep listening. You may get more words and thoughts. You may ask yourself questions, but ask only those questions which you truly, sincerely want to have answered. The body will never cooperate with fake questions. It will answer only if you truly want to know the answer. If you have such question, ask it – perhaps, about what your next step should be, or any other question that you really want answered. If you need professional assistance, your body can tell you about the professional that it chooses to work with – and, it is actually not “it,” but you, who has feelings. Your body is you. Acknowledging that is a very important part of this work with The Self-Guidance Sigil. You are not some sort of cloud hovering over your body, which some people call their “higher self.” The truth is that you and your body are one. It means that you are your body and your body is you. There is no separation between you and your body.

These are the two assignments to work on while listening: 1) awareness of your feelings 2) interpretation of your feelings (as much as you can). If you feel you need more time, you can play The Sigil over and over again, on repeat.
