Your sacred space is any space where you are, because you are sacred, and whatever space you are in, you make it sacred with your sacredness. She told us she managed to meditate herself into such a state that she was not able to take proper care of herself and especially a baby – Jaylene. But she quickly came back to herself and loudly exclaimed: “How is this different from drug-addiction?” And she immediately came fully back into her body. She shared that this brief experience helped her understand the state of many truth-seekers that think their final goal is just sitting in bliss and expansion all the time, which literally means being a “vegetable” or “couch potato” for the rest of their lives. This is not enlightenment. It is a self-destructive pattern in operation.
