Almine brought our attention to the most important qualities we need to internalize and manifest, in order to fully express our Divinity here on Earth. There are other qualities that are more important in the soul realm, but now we are here, and we are still trying to figure out what exactly we need to see, understand and practice in order to fully live the life of our dreams. This has become a collective quest of many of our Lightfamily around the world. We are asking if there are some missing tones in our Song of Self which are the reason for our struggles in our earthly life. We ask why we still experience a lack of energy, why we find ourselves not completely able to build meaningful relationships with the world around us, and why we are not fully experiencing abundance. Almine just pointed out the two keys which open for us the gate of Heaven on Earth.

What is the practical application of Gratitude and Humility?

How to express them in our daily lives?

How to live in those states 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

If we could only see that Gratitude and Humility are natural states of our being!

We know that the function of the Sound Alchemy is to help us to see what is real by setting us free from illusions. Everything that blocks our true vision disappears in the frequencies of the Sound Alchemy.

For many eons, we worked extremely hard to create our “alter-egos,” our illusory selves. It caused distortion of our self-perception and perception of the world, because we lost our ability to see perfection in absolutely everything without exception. We have been dividing life into “good” and “bad.” We stopped seeing the value of all expressions of existence.

Gratitude is a state in which we acknowledge the value of all expressions of life on a practical level. Gratitude is basically love in action. If we see the value, we relate to it accordingly. Although we understand that we cannot cultivate the same level of relationships with all, we are open to give our best to everyone without exception, according to their acceptance level. In the state of gratitude, we naturally do this all the time. It is our natural desire to see everyone happy and in a state of well-being, and always our natural response to the presence of other people during our day is to help and to support them. Almine once said: “I ask myself the question: what is the most and the best that I can do for others?” This is the true expression of Gratitude in Action. Naturally, we enjoy living in a state of gratitude. It is more than saying “thank you.” It is doing our very best in expressing our feelings of how much we value, cherish, and appreciate life and all its expressions. One of the most successful Russian businessmen I know personally, said the secret of his success is that there is not even one person he knows that he does not like, including his competitors. He learned how to see the value in everyone, and he said that this is the key of building exceptionally successful business relationships. He just recently became a part of our Russian Lightfamily. He told me that experiencing sincere gratitude for every person in his life is opening outstanding business opportunities for him, especially now, in the environment of the current economic crisis in Russia.

Humility is a state of enjoying of the ever-new experiences of ever-changing life. It is heartfelt acceptance of what is and what will be next, because we understand that whatever happens, happens for our ultimate very best, even if our mind does not completely understand it. Basically, humility is an open heart and an open mind. It is willingness to always learn and to always be ready for new learning experiences. Our life is the School of The Gods. We are always learning. We are prepared to see what we have never seen before; we are prepared to experience what we have never experienced before – even if it is something that may cause us to rearrange our lifestyle. This is what Almine also calls “non-resistance.” We are willing to harmoniously cooperate with life, instead of resisting it, because we know that life brings us only gifts.

Practical recommendations

1) Choose a comfortable Ceremonial space, where you can spend at least 1 hour without being interrupted.

2) Intend to be free from all illusions that stand in the way of your natural expression of Gratitude and Humility

5) Next, start listening to Humility Elixir. While listening, allow yourself to feel your complete trust in life, as you know that it brings you only gifts. Life arranges circumstances that only enhance your well-being. Eventually we will see this connection, even if we may not see it now, because it cannot be otherwise – such is the nature of life. Life only evolves and improves and this process cannot be reversed. We understand that difficulties we go through are precious learning experiences, which cause us to see what we have never seen before – and the more we see, the more we are, and the more we have.
