In her book, Journey to the Heart of God, Almine says of Ori-Ka-La:

“All probabilities are held within the Trinity of Indwelling Life. She sees what probable futures are most likely to be pulled through the membrane into manifestation, based on the frequencies most dominant today. The benefit of knowing the most probable future is that we can then change it to a more beneficial one by changing the frequency (emotion) we emit today.”

The brain thinks events around us happen objectively, regardless of us and our choices. The reality is that we very directly affect the future of the whole planet, by the frequencies we emit on a regular basis. “To know the song of the dreamer” means to feel the frequency, “song,” or emotion being emanated by us. This is deeper than just the mood we are in right now – it encompasses our predominant emotions and attitudes. If we get to a place where we can feel that level of frequency, that colored lens we see life through, we can sense how it will develop and affect life around us. In this place of seeing cause and effect, we can also determine what changes we can make on a frequency level to influence that outcome.

For example, Almine has recently said, "In her fear of attacks by others, shall the Lion of Judah attract hostilities. For that which is feared is attracted…. The core problem for Israel is the population's mindset that life is unsafe and that they have to keep fighting for the right to live.”

This fear, feeling a need to fight for the right to live, and that life is unsafe – that is a frequency. If we continue in this frequency, we can see continued massive destruction. If we search within for this fear of a hostile world, and examine our own lives for all the places we feel the world as a hostile place, we have found the axis upon which to pivot to change the situation. If we see the world as hostile, it means we are not supporting ourselves – we are dwelling only on the negative, and strengthening it with our attention. We can focus on that which inspires us and supports our vision. Ori-ka-la is the visionary – first imagine your Inner Nurturer supporting and loving your Inner Child and Inner Sage, herself supported by the loving protection of the Inner Warrior. Then feel how your outer reality will change if your inner family is balanced and healthy. Feel how you, through your inner family, are loved and supported in life. In relaxing and receiving this love and support, others feel the same love and support emanating from you, and no longer feel the need to defend themselves against others.

Imagine whatever changes and events you want to have in your life, and feel the necessary frequency to make it so. If it seems unclear, state the intention that whatever frequency you need will be activated in you, and focus on the feeling evoked by your desired outcome. Almine states: “Living Love, Praise, Gratitude, Trust and Hope allows you to experience non-hostile relationships with others without dropping down to their lower level, through self-pity or aggression, for the sake of acceptance by others.”

Practical Recommendations

As you listen, relax and allow the music to pull you into a calm, meditative state, where you can observe your thoughts, feelings and tendencies. Gently try to feel what potentialities exist for the future, and which frequencies correspond to which outcomes. Feel into whether you are emphasizing it enough to change the course of events, or if you need to spend more time “activating” the necessary qualities. If you do not “feel” or “see” anything specific, just state your intent for the necessary frequencies to be activated in you, and focus on the feelings evoked by imagining your desired outcome.
