The truth is that there will never be an end to our Self-Exploration. There is a saying that you cannot go overboard on building the foundation of a house in an area with frequent tornadoes. The stronger our foundation, the more chances that our house will be safe during cataclysms.

We build a strong inner foundation by exploring the power of our Magnificent Selves. This Musical Power Sigil is offered to us as an Alchemical assistance in this process.

This Musical Power Sigil was born in response to the heart cries of many of our Lightfamily. We keep receiving phone calls and emails asking if there can be any support for those who experience a sense of weakness and helplessness in public places such as the Moscow Metro (subway) in Russia, supermarkets, streets, and workplaces. What can be done if we feel like we are about to faint when we are in the midst of crowds of people? Some of us feel dizziness and even nausea during the times of intense interactions with others; some feel that they are not able to keep their jobs. Some feel a loss of their ability to think and speak clearly. For some of us, even the simplest everyday activities feel like unbearable tasks. We all feel that this is something that needs to be ameliorated. It seems more logical for the humans (especially those with questionable motives and agendas) in these public areas to feel uncomfortable in our presence, rather than us fainting before them. It is time for us to explore this issue in more depth.

One of the main reasons for our perceived weakness is our natural empathy. Many of us are healers by our nature. Being empathic is a great blessing and a great challenge. We cannot heal and assist others if we do not feel them. But at the same time, it is easy for us to get lost in other people’s feelings to the extent of losing touch with our own selves. It is possible to remain empathic while remaining fully self-aware and staying strong in our own highest truths.

As Almine shared with us in the Tablets of Fire messages, we are to stay here, on Earth, with humanity, to assist the graceful planetary transition into a more ameliorated future. We can do this by creating more ameliorated conditions for ourselves.

Great things can be accomplished with a light heart. The process that this Musical Sigil brings us through is very easy and pleasant. As a side effect, we communicate this state of lightness to the Earth and its creations. Almine told us during one of the Ohio Seminars that life was not meant to be that hard. Either we do our recapitulations, getting our insights and heeding the inner promptings of The Infinite, or we receive hard knocks of life.

The wonderful news is that we can always change our mind and consequently change our experience. Ideally, we experience the comfort of our home regardless where we are, who we are with, and in what circumstances. As Almine says: “The Earth is my cradle, and the sky is my blanket. Wherever I go, I am home.” Wherever we are, we not only feel super-comfortable, but manifest the splendor of our Divine Majesty and Glorious Presence that affects everyone and everything around us.

Practical recommendations on how to facilitate your own Self-Awareness Session with The Splendor of Your Greatness Musical Power Sigil

As Almine says, the keys to graceful life are purity of intent and clarity of our life.

In order to express the powerful manifestation of our Divine Selves, we need to make sure that we are aware of who we are.

The Mystery of Oneness is a Divine Paradox. The Holy Infinite One is the only one that exists. But The One expresses itself as The Many. We are all One, but each of us is a unique individualization, unlike anyone else. In order to fully live and walk in Divine Power, we have to be clear on who and what we are as an individualization.

No one’s fingerprints and no one’s individual natures are the same. This is why Almine tells us not to try to compare ourselves with others. Each of us sings his or her unique Song in The Cosmic Symphony.

To be pure and clear means to be able to express only your own true individual nature. You are not trying to be like someone else. There are things that you like and that you do not like. There are things that match or do not match your personal nature.

Almine shared with us an example from her childhood when she experimented with saying untruth to her parents in order to avoid punishment. But she received much greater “punishment” from her own Self. She felt excruciating pain in her entire body. It is much better to be punished by others than to experience such a torture. We feel an immediate reaction if we do something that is against our nature, against our individual Song of Self. According to Almine, our environment is our greater body. We will also feel immediate opposition from our environment.

When you live only in accordance with the nature of your being, then all your environment harmoniously cooperates with you.

The secret is that we do not need to do anything specific to “increase our power” or “defend ourselves.”

When we express ourselves as we are, without any self-restriction and self-suppression, and without an intent to “prove ourselves” or “show our power,” then we manifest our Divine Power as a side effect. As we fully shine our Light, it automatically cancels all “shadows,” and we become the Light that casts no shadow.

There is really no need for us to be weak or to be strong, to be fearful or to be bold (you do not have to be bold to overcome fear).

It is more than enough for you just to be Yourself.

We just honestly admit that we are who and what we are, and that we cannot be anyone else except ourselves.

Purity and clarity are self-honesty.

It is easy to be self-honest if we know that there is nothing inferior or superior in us.

There is nothing to be praised, nothing to be judged.

There is nothing to feel good or bad about yourself.

It is enough to just feel yourself and express this self-feeling all the time, 24/7.

You are just being honest with yourself and others in what you prefer and what you dislike, what you feel as natural and unnatural for you.

After her childhood “experiment,” Almine came to the ultimate conclusion that telling untruth is against her nature, and consequently she never did that again. We also do not want to repeat things which once made us feel terrible, and we want to do only things that make us feel great.

When you feel yourself, you know what is and what is not a part of your personal individualized nature. You can know it through your desires and preferences. For example, we can discern whether we feel uncomfortable with some people just because we are empathic and losing ourselves in others, or if it is because we feel that interacting with them is against our nature. And we know the distinct difference between the sense of “victimhood” and making conscious decisions based on our natural inclinations.

A Divine Being is able to say “no” without feeling bad, if he or she clearly feels, “no.” If we are invited by others to participate in anything that is against our nature, we just say “no, thank you” – and the issue is closed.

As you listen to The Splendor of Your Greatness Power Sigil (if you need more time for your self-work, you can replay it as many times as you need), just allow yourself to be absolutely honest with yourself:

1)Acknowledge yourself as you are

2)Deeply feel yourself with absolute self-acceptance

3)Admit your preferences and your dislikes: according to Almine, accepting unacceptable is dysfunctional – we accept only what is acceptable to us and ignore what is unacceptable, as if it does not exist for us at all.

4)Honestly identify things that are unnatural to you – how do you feel if you accept only acceptable as a way of life?

5)Honestly identify your ways of self-expression that are in harmony with your personal nature, that make you feel great. Just imagine – if you do only things that make you feel great, you feel great wherever you are, with any people, in any circumstance. Some of us are super-social, some of us are quiet and introverted. Nothing is “right” or “wrong.” You are just as you are. No one can tell anyone else they are “wrong.” Almine says that, as a matter of fact, our so-called “mistakes” are our learning experiences, and we inevitably evolve.

6)Allow the Sound Alchemy of the Sigil to assist you in being fully who you truly are – to speak only things you feel like speaking, to be silent when you feel like you do not want to talk, to express all emotions that are in harmony with your nature, that make you feel great.

7)You may wish to spend more time working with the Musical Sigil, allowing yourself to go as deep as you want in your Self-Examination experience. Just allow yourself to feel what it is like to be Yourself: no following the rules of social consciousness, no programmed behavior – doing what you “should” or “should not” do, according to somebody else’s belief systems. To be Yourself is to do only what you feel like doing, in harmonious accordance with the unique nature of your being.

This Musical Sigil can be your lifetime companion in your self-work, in daily Self-Awareness Sessions which you can conduct for yourself once a day or many times a day, at your convenience. You can do shorter or longer versions of the Sessions, listening to the Sigil in the “repeat” mode.

The more you do your own Self-Awareness Sessions, the more clearly and distinctly you feel yourself, and the stronger you feel yourself, the brighter you manifest the Light of your Divine Glory.
