You not only possess extremely omnipotent power, but you are the source of it. Many ask, “If that is so, then why do we not see and feel this? Why do we, to the contrary, feel fearful, weak and impotent in critical situations?” According to Almine, we cannot lose our power, but we can lose our connection to it. How can this happen?

The Sound Elixir, “The Power of Now” performs a very specific function. It contains Sound Alchemy that connects us with the Greatest Power in the Cosmos.

We can only feel powerless if we lose our connection with the source of our power – our Self. In this disconnected state, our natural reaction, when we find ourselves in an unexpected difficult situation, is to panic, give in to bewilderment and confusion, and feel like a helpless victim of circumstances. When we are in the center of our power, then, regardless of what happens, we maintain absolute calm, balance, and self-confidence in our ability to overcome any challenges and solve any problems that come our way. Our being in this state is a guarantee that, in any situation, no matter how hard, we will always know what to do and which direction to move in, without the need of external guidance and support.

Is it possible to lose this connection with ourselves, however, and “not be in our right mind,” so to speak? We can spend a minute or a lifetime in this lost state. For example, many do not know what it is to live their own life. They may be under the influence of external forces. You can tell someone is in this state when they cannot answer questions with their own words or think their own thoughts – they merely quote “smart” people and the media. Of course, in a difficult life situation, these people are not in a state to make independent decisions and confidently act according to the situation. Why?

Because they are “not home” within themselves, in the place where all wisdom, power and resources are found. These resources cannot disappear, they are always Here and Now. “We,” however, can be not here and now – “somewhere out there,” or in yesterday or tomorrow. Naturally, if we are where we are not, then what we have - Here and Now - cannot be there. However strange it may sound, nevertheless, that is the reality of significant part of the humanity – it is scary to think that some of the Original Ones could even find themselves in that state.

The state of complete presence in oneself Here and Now feels like absolute confidence in oneself – as a state of being, not just as an intellectual perception – as the source of one’s own support and supply. This state also manifests as deep peace and complete command of oneself, regardless what happens. And all we must do to live constantly in this state is to make a conscious decision to allow ourselves to fully be ourselves – to live only according to our own inspiration, which is the voice of The Infinite in us; to think only our own thoughts, to feel only our own feelings, to fully trust ourselves and our Inner Knowing – to be fully and authentically ourselves. And then we won’t have to make any extra effort to be Here and Now and to live in the center of our power – the present moment – because, when we are fully ourselves, fully living our own lives, we cannot be anywhere else than in ourself that exists only Here and only Now. When we are real and sincere 24 hours a day 7 days a week, then we inevitably live in the present moment – the place of our absolute Divine Omnipotent Power – 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

The Alchemical function of the Sound Elixir “The Power of Now” is to bring back home those of us that, for whatever reason, ended up outside of ourselves; and for those of us that fully live our own lives, to help us become even stronger and more deeply established in our True Self – the center of our power.

Recommendations for using the Sound Elixir, “The Power of Now”

Find a comfortable space where you can be alone for 40-45 minutes or more – you may desire to spend more time in silence and solitude. Almine says that solitude is the source of our power.

We recommend listening to the Elixir in headphones at whatever volume level is most comfortable for you.

During the Elixir, allow yourself to feel the core of your True Self, and sink as deeply as possible within yourself. The primary goal of this practice is for us to feel the core of our Being. The music of the Elixir facilitates this process, providing an atmosphere of deep meditative immersion into our I AM, as vast as the Cosmos…

You can enhance the effectiveness of this practice by maintaining a state of no-mind (as much as possible) during the length of the Elixir. This is very easy if you allow your mind to just relax – not putting forth effort, trying, tensing up, thinking. Don’t think about anything, just enjoy your Self, and completely surrender to the Alchemy of Sound.
